Allegro Response Teleservices has never experienced a service interrupting outage, the direct result of careful planning, equipment selection, continuous maintenance, and expert on-site technical support. To further enhance our technical leadership, Anexa’s Emergency Recovery Center (ERC) opened in 2008.
Architecture
Redundancy is built into all levels of Allegro’s architecture. Both the primary and ERC call centers have redundant network connections to the internet. We utilize two common carriers with independent networks – Bestel and Telmex. The critical components of the internal network including routers, servers and switches are all redundant. Allegro utilizes the latest in server virtualization with VMware based Dell solutions. Virtualization enhances both our technical reliability and ability to rapidly scale our customers’ applications.

Our staff software developers are dedicated exclusively to developing solutions to optimize our clients’ ability to monitor, verify and constantly improve their solution sets.
Emergency Recovery Center
Allegro Response Teleservices maintains a state of the art infrastructure to the highest technical degree and has never experienced a service interrupting outage. Yet we understand the necessity of contingency planning. Allegro now offers Emergency Recovery Planning through a second call center in Hermosillo. Allegro will work with you to guarantee that, in an emer-gency, your calls are answered and your customers’ needs are met.
